However we believe in customer satisfaction and to give you a peace of mind we offer comprehensive 14 Days Return Warranty. Buy with confidence and enjoy a great Shopping at Root in Style!
Our Warranty process:-
1.You can return items within 14 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service; we are always here to serve you.
2.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
3.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in their original condition and packaging unused, unwashed with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included.
4.If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped out, please wait until it arrives. Contact us first so we can provide you with a return address. Sign for the parcel when you receive it and then return it unopened to the address we have provided. We will arrange partial refund in that case.
5.You should return the item with the tracking number with the following address:

6.Please fill out any customs documents with the following description and declaration: "Product Return to seller - $0 value".
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
